Ken Dinitz is seeking re-election to the Rose Tree Media School Board, where he currently serves as vice president. In his first term, he contributed to teacher negotiations, helped select the superintendent, and represented the district on the Delaware County Intermediate Unit board.
A Swarthmore College graduate, Dinitz is development director at PA Humanities and has extensive nonprofit experience. A Middletown homeowner for 12 years, he has volunteered with various community organizations, including the Middletown Free Library and Aston Middletown Little League. Dinitz is committed to expanding educational opportunities and strengthening collaboration between the district and community.

Ken Dinitz is seeking re-election to the Rose Tree Media School Board, where he currently serves as vice president. During his first term, he served as communication liaison, negotiated with teachers and staff, helped select the current superintendent, and represented the district on the Delaware County Intermediate Unit board. He is committed to ensuring all children receive the best education to become productive citizens and engaged community members.
A Swarthmore College graduate with a degree in Political Science and Public Policy, Dinitz is in his tenth year as development director at PA Humanities, a nonprofit championing the humanities. With extensive nonprofit experience, he understands the challenges of managing complex budgets dependent on community and government funding. Dinitz is dedicated to strengthening the collaboration between the district and community.
A Middletown homeowner for 12 years, Dinitz has run for township council twice and served on the Middletown Free Library board from 2020 to 2022. Both of his children graduated from the Rose Tree Media School District. He has volunteered with Aston Middletown Little League and the Jewish Relief Agency. As a teenager, he joined his mother in community activism to prevent extremist Lyndon LaRouche candidates from taking control of their local school board. He knows firsthand how an active community is vital to a well-functioning district.
If re-elected, Dinitz will continue to highlight the district's successes and support the plan to build a new K–1 education center and expand middle and high schools to meet the needs of our growing community.
